Our vision is to support young people to achieve their aspirations on their pathways to independence.

4 Social Care promotes safety, emotional well-being, community integration and appropriate self-determination. We aim to provide a service that enables the young person to, as far as possible, experience what they will encounter when living fully Independently.

  • Close supervision ratios – 1:1 or 2:1 (if required)

Our 16 plus supported living service was set up as a response to local need for tailored care for young people aged 16 and over and employs a small team of workers who support the young people in our 16 plus service to develop the practical and emotional skills required to live independently and reach their full potential.

4 Social Care offers high quality supported accommodation for 16+, designed to prepare them for independent living.

Training and lifelong learning

Our supported living service promotes positive links with local FE colleges, employment and training providers.

Independent Living

We focus on social and emotional development, we provide them with the essential skills they need to prepare for living independently once they move on from supported accommodation.

Accommodation & Facilities

4 Social Care works in partnership with local authority commissioners to provide sufficient accommodation, and develop tailored packages of support to meet the needs of the individual young person.
