Residential care with committed pathways into supported living characterise our support for adults and young people who have Autistic Spectrum Disorder including Autism and Asperger syndrome. We offer a diverse range of small highly staffed residential care homes which support people with Autism and Asperger syndrome. We work with our housing partners in the provision of fully supported flats and houses for people who have Autistic Spectrum disorder and related issues.
We are especially pleased to have pioneered transition programmes and dedicated transition services that accelerate progress to independence with safety and certainty of success. We work hard to understand the individual needs of each person we support; building confidence, developing skills and facilitating participation in their local community. Our structured care environment, with person centred care plans build on individual strengths and needs, whilst providing structure, predictability and opportunity.
